Elaine contacted us about the potential sale of our land in Mt. Gilead located behind the home she represented as the agent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to make a decision about whether or not to sell the piece of property, as well as the asking price for its sale. Although the first couple of potential buyers did not work out because they decided not to buy the house, Elaine was encouraging to us that at some point she thought the house and our land would sell. She kept in touch with us and let us know she had not forgotten about us.

When a buyer for the house emerged and indicated that they were interested in buying our land, Elaine let us know immediately so that we could decide upon an asking price for the land. She kept us fully apprised of how the sale of the house was progressing and let us know the approximate timetable for the process. We never had to question or worry about any aspect of the sale.

We could not have asked for anyone better than Elaine. Because my sister and I don't live in Mt. Gilead, we communicated with Elaine via phone, texting, and email. She was wonderful in keeping us completely informed and up-to-date about each aspect of the land sale.

As I have mentioned previously in this survey, Elaine was absolutely the best. We are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her. If I ever wanted to buy a home in the Mt.
